We are writing to let you know that your entitlement to benefits ended as of (1) .
Student benefits normally end the month before the student turns 19. But, you met
a special exception which allowed your benefits to continue past that month. The exception
says that if a student turns 19 during a school term, benefits may continue:
-
•
For two months after the student turns 19,
OR
-
•
Until the end of the school term, whichever comes first.
Also, if the school requires a student to reenroll each quarter or semester, benefits
may continue until that quarter or semester ends.
You no longer meet the exception, so student benefits end for the month shown above.
