NL 00760.210 Completion of Systems Bad Notices
Although the Garnishment Notice system is fully automated there will be instances
where the system was unable to complete a notice. This occurs when bad data is present
on the database or MBR and the system is unable to determine the correct fill-in value
for the paragraph. When this happens, the system will complete the notice to the point
at which the error occurred and will change the completion code to āSā (systems bad).
All systems bad notices will be forwarded to the PSC for completion of the notice
via AURORA or by using the exhibit notices in NL 00703.. All Garnishment paragraphs
and fill-in values are present in AURORA.
NOTE: There is no AURORA interface for Garnishment system notices. Effective summer 2020,
bad notices are loaded by Customer Communications Management (CCM) automatically into
the Paperless system in PDF for user review.
