NL 00770.210 Completion of Systems Bad Notices
Although the Tax Levy Notice system is fully automated there will be instances where
the system was unable to complete a notice. This occurs when bad data is present on
the database or MBR and the system is unable to determine the correct fill-in value
for the paragraph. When this happens, the system will complete the notice to the point
at which the error occurred and will change the completion code to “S” (systems bad).
All systems bad notices will be forwarded to the PSC for completion of the notice
via AURORA. All Tax Levy paragraphs and fill-in values are present in AURORA.
NOTE: There is no AURORA interface for Tax Levy system notices.
