If a request for information is made pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), the analyst must refer the inquiry to the Office of the General Counsel's Office of Privacy and Disclosure. The analyst will place the request in the claim file or certified administrative record and refer the case to the Court Case Preparation and Review Branch Chief.
