DI 39563.400 Workload Management Guidelines

Guidelines for effective DDS workload management are closely related to and dependent upon the functional guidelines shown in the subchapter on Organization. To some extent these two subchapters must necessarily overlap because the way a State agency is organized influences the options for workload management. This subchapter assumes that the State agency is generally organized along recommended functional lines and it therefore concentrates on the management of disability claims workloads.
