DI 39563.404 Workload Management Priorities

DDS administrators should establish and maintain internal workload management priorities consistent with program processing goals.

SSA, through analyses of the DDS performance and through knowledge of national and other trends, may identify priorities based on current needs.

The DDS and SSA should reconcile any diverging priorities of workload management as soon as possible.
