A. Introduction to the Romanian liaison agency
The Romanian liaison agency National House of Public Pensions is the only Romanian
social insurance agency that SSA will use to communicate and process the claims under
the U.S. - Romania Totalization Agreement.
B. Requesting information from the Romanian liaison agency
When transmitting information to or requesting information from the Romanian liaison
agency, use the Totalization Data Collection Program (TDCP) Form, SSA-e2960 USA-RO
