Forwarding certificate of insurance periods

Romania will send the certificate of insurance with the RO-USA 3. The RO-USA 3 is the only acceptable form for the certification of the Romanian certificate of insurance periods. Forward certificate of insurance periods received in any other format to the International Support Unit (ISU) for approval.
