There are three worksheets designed to assist in the centenarian development process.
You can complete the worksheets manually or, preferably, electronically via the Intranet
at the Centenarian Project
Website.
You must update the Centenarian Project Website for each centenarian case. It is imperative that you complete the worksheet during
each interview. Proper development is crucial to the success of the Centenarian Project.
There are specific development steps you must follow to verify the centenarian’s status.
Using the interview worksheets ensures that you collect the proper information during
the interview.
You can print and complete the sheets manually (handwritten). You must transfer the
information from the handwritten sheets to the electronic worksheet on the Centenarian Project Website.
If you completed a handwritten worksheet, you must:
-
1.
enter the information from the handwritten worksheet into the Centenarian Project
Website.
-
2.
Then, destroy the worksheet.
NOTE: The reference to GN 00301.322 only refers to documents faxed into an electronic folder.
