GN 01718.230 Controlling Requests Sent to the SLAFU on Form SSA-2960-U3-SW - Procedure

Prepare a diary when information is requested on Form SSA-2960-U3-SW.

    Diary all initial and followup requests for 90 days.

  • •

    Diary a request made by the FSP Stockholm for 90 days from the date the FSP signed the request.

  • •

    Forward the folder to an OIO analyst if no response is received after two followups, i.e., after 270 days.
