RS 01702.524 Identification and Control of PHS Reserve and Commissioned Officers Cases - Procedure

OSR, OPR has a list of all PHS reserve and commissioned officers who are affected by P.L. 86-415 and P.L. 89-234. OCRO will:

  • •

    Add a statement to the earnings record indicating which law applies to the NH as a reminder that a waiver action must be taken; and

  • •

    Attach Form SSA-3564 (Employer Identification Form) identifying the employers and quarterly postings for the period 1/1/57 - 6/30/60 for P.L. 86-215, and 1957 - 12/66 for P.L. 89-234 cases.
