RM 01301.525 How to Process Forms SSA-7014A Received From WBDOC Under Cover of Form SSA-984 With Box B.2. Checked

A. Introduction

WBDOC forwards to the FO under cover of a Form SSA-984 with box B.2. checked any Forms SSA-7014A that involve Social Security numbers that have been verified by WBDOC and determined to be “Void” or “Invalid”.

B. Procedure

Use the instructions in RM 10235.020 to process requests involving “void” or “invalid” SSNs.
