   Receive correspondence concerned with ERISA and/or deferred vested rights pension information.

2. B. 

   Time stamp incoming correspondence.

3. C. 

   Issue correspondence for clerical screening as shown in RM 03250.003.

4. D. 

   Forward screened ERISA requests/correspondence for futher handling as follows:

   1. 1. 

      ERISA requests for deferred vested rights information — Examining and Correspondence Section.

   2. 2. 

      All other ERISA correspondence — Appropriate MOD (based on SSN/name furnished).
