RM 03816.022 Examining Transfers Made by Scouts

1. A. 

   Ensure that the scouts have made all necessary transfers. Consider that all necessary transfers have been made where the only questionable amount(s) is less than the amount needed to credit a quarter of coverage for the period in question and transfer of item(s) would not affect total quarters of coverage of either record, i.e., less than $50 through 1977, $250 for 1978, $260 for 1979, $290 for 1980, etc..

2. B. 

   Ensure that the MEF printout(s), and other earnings records have been properly noted to reflect the transfers made.

3. C. 

   Review the adjustment forms, make any necessary corrections, and forward them for processing.

4. D. 

   Return any case which requires additional action by the scouts.
