GN 01070.825 Preparing For DIRCON Call To A Client, Employer Or Third Party
Consider the following information before making the telephone call:
Review the case and determine what information is needed.
Be aware of the time zone (see chart in GN 01070.785).
REMINDER: As a convenience to the client, do not make calls before 9:00am in the client’s time zone. The two initial calling attempts from DERO should fall within a typical business day of 9:00am to 5:00pm, preferably one attempt in the morning and one in the afternoon.
