A. Introduction

Three different agencies representing different German social insurance systems have been designated as liaison agencies for implementation of the Agreement. The proper agency is the one which last covered the person's work in Germany.

Examine item F of form D/USA 1 or item G of form D/USA 2 to determine the nature of the worker's last employment in Germany.
