Follow the procedures below to prepare an initial claims package, to request an Austrian
coverage record and to send information to the Austrian agency. Prepare a claims package
on form SSA-2960-U3-AU if:

an Austrian coverage record is required and has not been requested by the FSP in Vienna,
2. U.S. and Austrian or Austrian claim only

an Austrian coverage record is required and has not been requested by the FSP; or

•
the Austrian agency has requested information or documentation
