A. Procedure — U.S. claim

Prepare a claims package if a Korean coverage record is required and has not been requested.

Include form SSA-2960-KOR in the package.

B. Procedure — U.S. and Korean or Korean claim only

Prepare a claims package if:

  • •

    A Korean coverage record is required and has not been requested, or

  • •

    The NPC has requested information or documentation.

Include form SSA-2960-KOR and the information or documentation requested by the NPC.
