GN 01765.150 Filing Appeals of Decisions on U.S. or Romanian Claims

The Agreement provides that persons who wants to appeal a decision on a claim for U.S. or Romanian benefits may file the appeal with either country. See GN 01702.500 - GN 01702.505 for instructions on filing an appeal of a decision on U.S. or Romanian claims.
