GN 02406.540 Foreign Involvement -- Processing Allegations Of Nonreceipt of U.S. Totalization Benefits

When an allegation of nonreceipt of totalization benefits paid by the U.S. is received, handle according to existing instructions. Totalization checks are not exclusions from the automated process. However, if the payment falls under one of the exclusions listed in GN 02406.175, the process the allegations according to instructions outlined in that section.

When an allegation of nonreceipt of totalization benefits issued by a foreign country is received, refer to the appropriate subchapter in GN 01700.000 for instructions.
