Resolution Center (NPIRC) both print and mail Title XVI checks. The first digit of
the recipient’s mailing address ZIP code printed on the check will help determine
the issuing RFC.
NOTE: Forward any returned checks to NPIRC regardless of the ZIP code displayed. NPCE no
longer processes returned checks.
In the event of a mass loss, the information in the following chart will help you
determine which RFC printed and released a Supplemental Security Income (SSI) monthly
check:
