To display the RCRT screen access the SSA Master menu and select option 21 RRB Data

The following chart explains how to complete the RCRT screen,field by field.
Key: Field # in this chart is the number of the field in exhibit B. The TYPE indicates
if the field must be completed or is conditional depending on other factors. An “M” means the field is mandatory, a “C” means the field is conditional.
The first line is a header line which identifies the screen as a RRB screen and provides
the full name and acronym of screen.
