RS 02001.527 Rule for Crews of Aircraft - Policy Principle — U.S. French Agreement

A member of the flight crew of an aircraft operated by a company with headquarters in the United States or France who would otherwise be covered by the laws of both countries will be covered only under the laws of the country in which the company is headquartered.
