RS 02001.616 Rule for Crews of Ships - U.S. Dutch Agreement

A. Policy

A person employed on a ship who would otherwise be covered under the laws of both countries will be covered only under the laws of the United States if the ship is an American vessel and only under the laws of the Netherlands in all other cases.
