RS 02001.618 Rule for Crews of Aircraft - U.S. Dutch Agreement

A. Policy

A person employed as an officer or member of the crew on an aircraft who would otherwise be covered under the laws of both the United States and the Netherlands will be covered only by the country where the employer is headquartered.
