RS 02803.320 Response to Emergency Telephone Call From FO Management

When a member of the FO management or designated staff have requested PC assistance via telephone or e-mail, tightly control the case to assure that a final reply or a meaningful status report is sent no later than the 5th workday following the date of the call or e-mail.
