DI 43520.065 Routing Of Completed SSA-833-U5

Upon completion of the SSA-833-U5, the FDEI RECONE will file the folder copy of the SSA-833-U5 on the left side of the folder. The remaining copies will be dispatched to the appropriate baskets in each section of the claims development or reconsideration branch. Continuances will be routed to the appropriate module for retention in merged files. Cessations will be forwarded to the module BA via SSA-559 for appropriate action.
