The Messages field contains a list of any existing messages on a case (e.g. “Don’t
call after 8 p.m.”). eView users can add, edit or delete folder messages. SSA Legacy
systems (FO, DDS, OQP and ODAR) receive an alert if a message was added to the CEF.
A new action item “Message Added” appears on the FO EDCS Actions page when a new message
