SI 02305.014 RZs and Records Meeting Automated T32/Start Date Criteria

Procedure - After Clearing Profile E and M RZs

Automated record termination occurs if;

  • •

    A case meets the criteria outlined in SM 01802.002A.; and

  • •

    A RZ was initiated/completed within 8 months prior to the computation run.

If this criterion is not met, the system will set another profile E or profile M RZ, as appropriate.

After completing the profile E or M RZ, check the SSR following the next computation run. If the record was not selected for the automated T32/Start Date process, you should T33/Start Date the record. This will prevent the case from being reselected as an E or M profile RZ in a subsequent RZ merge run.
