We are writing to tell you that we plan to stop your payments because we learned from
the U.S. Department of Homeland Security that you have been deported or removed from
the United States under one of the following sections of the Immigration and Nationality
section 241(a) of the INA in effect prior to April 1997;
If You Disagree With The Decision
Please tell us within 30 days of the date of this letter if you disagree with this
decision. You will also need to give us any proof that you were not deported or removed
under any of the sections of the INA shown above. If we do not hear from you within
30 days, we will stop your payments. We will send you another letter at that time
with more information about our action.
Things To Remember
Please contact us if in the future you are permitted to return to the United States
as a lawful permanent resident. We may be able to pay benefits at that time.
