We are writing to tell you that we plan to stop your payments because we learned from
the U.S. Department of Homeland Security that (1) has been deported or removed from the United States.

We May Be Able To Keep Paying You
When the worker on a Social Security record has been deported or removed, we may pay
benefits on (2) record to other members of the family only if:

         They are U.S. citizens,
         OR
They are not U.S. citizens, but they stay in the United States for a full calendar
month or more without leaving for any period, no matter how short.

         What We Plan To Do
We will stop your payments unless you can prove that you meet one of these requirements,
or that (3) has not been not deported or removed. If you wish to give us proof, you must do so
within 30 days of the date of this letter.

If we do not hear from you within 30 days, we will stop your payments. We will send
you another letter at that time with more information about our action.
