Marriage $10.00

Divorce $.50 per page for the divorce decree and $2.50 for certification

3. Type of Payment:

Certified check or money order made payable to Treasurer CNMI.

4. Remarks:

Birth/death records are generally available since November 21, 1952, divorce since 1969 and marriage records since 1987 when marriage records were first required for local citizens. Roman Catholic Church records of birth/baptism /death/marriage since 1900 are available from individual parishes.

The Saipan RS (670-236-8717) can certify documents without charge, but cannot obtain free certified copies.
