GN 02406.123 Regional Financial Center (RFC) Disposition of Nonreceipts

After processing nonreceipt reports, the Central Office (CO) receives

  RFC disposition files,

• •

  CO disposition files for all nonreceipt claims,

• •

  photocopy request disposition files for all nonreceipt claims,

• •

  photocopy requests, and

• •

  SF-1184 stop payments.

If the RFC is unable to process a report, RFC notifies CO and sends a Department of Treasury (DT) exception to the transmitting office.
