RM 03282.002 Complete the Keying of a Unit (4408)

1. A. 

   Upon completion of a unit in data entry mode, enter the operation code, operator identification date and machine number on the related Advice of Transmittal.

2. B. 

   Prepare a Verifier's Error Report, in duplicate, showing the operator identification, control number, machine number, date completed, job, batch number, and number of items keyed.

3. C. 

   Return the completed units of work to the control area to await verification.
