RM 05105.007 Processing Forms G-337 With SSN's

  1. A. 

    Verify the SSN shown on the G-337 by comparison with data from a Numident printout. Use the same rules for verification as provided in this chapter for Forms I-157 (RM 05103.010).

  2. B. 

    Incorrect SSN Furnished

Encircle the SSN on the G-337 and write “WN” next to it. Associate the form with the forms which show no SSN or an impossible SSN and process them in accordance with section RM 05105.010.

  1. C. 

    Correct SSN Furnished

Forward to the Pre-Claims Branch under cover of a route slip referring to RM 05105.007 and indicating the number of cases with SSN's.
