The majority of claims for benefits under this agreement should be filed in the U.S. or Canada through the respective social insurance agencies. However, there may be persons living outside these countries who wish to file under the agreement. The CAN/USA 1 and QUE/USA 1 are stocked in some claims-taking FSPs.

Individuals not serviced by a claims-taking FSP receive the appropriate forms directly from IBO in the normal course of development.
