There are times when additional action is necessary on a case after the Disability
            Determination Services (DDS) makes an initial CDR determination. For example, the
            most common reasons for a CDR continuance case to require additional actions include:

For cases requiring additional action(s), return the entire case to the originating
            FO. Add a remark in eView for electronic cases or an SSA-408 (Route Slip) for paper folders. Notate what additional action(s) is necessary or
            provide a reason for the return.
