GN 00903.150 Teleservice Center Role for Information and Referral (I&R) Services
Teleservice Center (TSC) employees are often the first point of contact for members
of the public who need I&R services. TSCs may also receive requests for I&R services
from other agencies or community organizations. TSC representatives should refer to
the TSC Operating Guide (TSCOG) for instructions on processing inquiries. TSCs co-located
with a field office (FO) should refer to the Field Office Informational/Referral screen
in the enhanced Leads and Appointment System (eLAS) for referral information within
