GN 02406.712 When a Double Check Negotiation (DCN) Occurs and Involves Mass Loss

Just like other non-receipt situations, sometimes someone will cash both the original check and the replacement check (issued due to mass loss declaration). This is a potential DCN and the technician must resolve the non-receipt in the same manner as other DCNs.
