The Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Office (VARO) assists us in administering the Social Security Act in the Philippines and in other parts of the Asia-Pacific region. We may disclose certain tax and non-tax return information to VARO when VARO assists us in administering the Social Security Act for these purposes.

VA administers entitlement, compensation, and pension programs that meet our criteria for income and health maintenance programs. We may disclose certain tax return and non-tax return information to VA for the administration of their income and health maintenance programs. As a reminder, field offices may provide copies of medical documentation to VA upon request for VA’s use in administration of its programs.
