RS 01301.001 Living With, Contributions and One-Half Support - Introduction

Living with, contributions and one-half support are requirements that certain types of beneficiaries must meet. For example, an equitable adopted child must be living with or receiving contributions from the NH at the applicable time. This subchapter gives guidelines to follow in the development of each type of dependency requirement.
