This is a list of the special models and their functions.
#DATERATE — This model is used for generating charts of dates and money amounts.
#DATERATERSN — This model is used for generating charts of dates and money amounts
with a reason.
#RATEDATE — This model is used for generating a chart (without headings) of money
amounts and dates.
#ENC003 — model allows the typist to add enclosures (by manually typing them) that
are called for in dictated text.
#CTENCLOSURE — The #CTENCLOSURE model allows the technician to add enclosures (via
the enclosure remarks menu) that are called for in dictated text. #CTENCLOSURE is
not needed for enclosures that are called for by other models. (See NL 00702.150 for more information.)
#AAA031 — The #AAA031 model allows the technician to go into stream mode to enter
dictated text. #AAA031 is preferred over going directly into stream mode because it
has formatting commands.
#SSA-662 — This model is used to generate the Form SSA-662 that is attached to a beneficiary
notice on reconsideration cases. (See NL 00702.112 for more information.)
#RESETMARG — The #RESETMARG model resets the margins for new paragraphs. It can be
used at the beginning of a paragraph after a caption when indenting is no longer needed.
#SIGNATURE — Based on type of action and PSC, the M/TEXT signature model will assign
the proper digitized signature.
#CTBULLET — The #CTBULLET model allows the technician to go into stream mode and places
a bullet next to the first line of dictated text entered by the technician. The technician
can view the bullet and dictated text when the notice is printed to the screen using
the "P" head command.
