GN 02406.225 Nonreceipt of a Dual Entitlement Check

When a person alleges nonreceipt of a dual entitlement paper check, verify the acceptable reporter (e.g. beneficiary) of nonreceipt through the interview and screening process.

If the beneficiary alleges dire need, process the nonreceipt using the immediate payment criteria.
