DI 55050.015 Handling Complaints about the Ticket Program Manager (TPM)

Procedure

Field components should takes statements from individuals with complaints about SSA's TPM along with any documentation they wish to submit. Then, field components should send this material to the Regional Center for Disability Programs for subsequent forwarding to ORDES (see DI 55075.030).
