DI 55050.030 Handling Calls from the Ticket Program Manager (TPM)

TPM calls FO

The Office of Research, Demonstrations, and Employment Support (ORDES) in Central Office is responsible for responding to questions and issues that TPM may have (see DI 55005.005A.). If a TPM employee calls a Field component information about a beneficiary/recipient or a specific ticket-related issue, tell the caller to go through their management staff. (TPM's management staff will contact ORDES.)
