DI 55050.030 Handling Calls from MAXIMUS

Policy- MAXIMUS calls FO

The Office of Employment Support Programs (OESP) in Central Office is responsible for responding to questions and issues that MAXIMUS may have (see DI 55005.005A.). If a MAXIMUS employee calls a Field component information about a beneficiary/recipient or a specific ticket-related issue, tell the caller to go through his/her management staff. (MAXIMUS' management staff will contact OESP.)
