GN 01718.210 Preparing Initial Claim Packages for Claims Filed in Sweden - Procedure

When claims are filed in Sweden, do not prepare a package to request a Swedish coverage record (unless you are sending a follow-up per GN 01718.015) or to inform the SLAFU about a claim for Swedish benefits.

Prepare a claim package only to respond to requests from the SLAFU. Include the SSA-2960-U3-SW and any material
requested by the SLAFU.
