After adding a message to a case, view it in EDCS and eView. The following information
displays on the “Messages” screen:

A brief description of the message;

The date the message was last modified; and

•
The office code of the office adding the message.
To view the full message, select the description link from the “Messages” screen.
In eView, access messages from the Alerts & Messages Tab.
In EDCS, access messages from the “Messages” link under the “Flags/Messages” folder
from the menu on the left side of the screen.
