is answered "NO"), complete 26(a). Complete all blocks for each claimant listed. If the claimant lives
with an unrelated member of the opposite sex, see SI 00501.152 for possible holding out development.
EXCEPTION: Complete the "Under Age 22" portion only for claimants who are under age 22.
This documents if the claimant lives in a public assistance household.
Consider dates of birth for everyone in the household because a child's age can be
a factor in determining inside in-kind support and maintenance (ISM) development and
deeming allocations.
Use the information in the "Under Age 22" portion of this question to help determine
if others in the household meet the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) definition
of child.
