               is answered "NO"), complete 26(a). Complete all blocks for each claimant listed. If the claimant lives
            with an unrelated member of the opposite sex, see SI 00501.152 for possible holding out development.
         
         EXCEPTION: Complete the "Under Age 22" portion only for claimants who are under age 22.
         
         
            
            
               This documents if the claimant lives in a public assistance household.
             
          
         
            
            
               Consider dates of birth for everyone in the household because:
               
                  - 
                     
                        a.  
                           A child's age can be a factor in determining inside in-kind support and maintenance (ISM) development
                              and deeming allocations; and

                        b.  
                           If any of the people listed in 27(a) are at least age 65, blind or disabled, at any
                              time within the evaluation period, treat this information as a protective filing for
                              SSI benefits unless the form specifically states there is no intent to file for that
                              person. (For more information on the evaluation period, see SI 00601.008B.6) Where no intent to file exists, treat the information as a lead per SI 00601.020A.2.

                  if others in the household meet the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) definition
                  of child.
