RM 03809.014 Scouting Same Name Cases

1. A. 

   Ensure that complete itemization for all periods is obtained for the case on an MEF or SSA-1826 printout.

2. B. 

   Perform any scouting requested in accordance with the instructions in RM 03809.004 and check the Numident for diffrences in the name..

3. C. 

   Obtain manner of reporting information per RM 03809.016 if necessary.
