When you receive a claim from the FSP, check the file for the forms and evidence listed in GN 01724.010.B. If any are missing, request the FSP to obtain them. (See GN 01724.010, How FSPs develop claims under the agreement)

Since all claims taken in a French local agency are routed to the FSP in Paris, follow the guidelines above when evaluating these claims. Direct all requests for missing information, other than the French coverage record, to the FSP in Paris.
